The association also closely collaborated with the Uzbekistan - Vietnam Friendship Association and the Committee on Interethnic Relations and Friendly Cooperation with Foreign Countries of Uzbekistan to organize a wide range of people-to-people exchange activities. These initiatives helped strengthen mutual understanding and promote the cultures and people of both countries.

For the new term, delegates agreed on the need to innovate and enhance the effectiveness of the association’s operations in order to achieve tangible results in people-to-people diplomacy. This includes promoting Vietnam’s domestic and foreign policies, showcasing its achievements in the Doi moi (renewal) cause, and sharing information about the history, culture, and people of both nations. Such efforts aim to deepen bilateral solidarity and cooperation for peace, independence, democracy, and social progress.
