During the meeting with Indian Ambassador Sandeep Arya, the Vietnamese official highly appreciated the positive and strong development of the Vietnam – India comprehensive strategic partnership over the past time, especially the positive outcomes of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh's recent state visit to India. He suggested the two sides continue closely collaborating to realize high-level agreements reached during the visit, foster relations following the "Five Mores" motto agreed upon by the two prime ministers, deepen political trust, and develop the cooperation in various areas in an intensive and substantial manner.

For his part, the Indian diplomat Sandeep Arya said that the two sides should continue to bring into play the obtained cooperation outcomes and actively promote cooperation in fields which they have potential, in line with the common trends of the era, serving the rapid and sustainable development goals of each country.

While receiving Japanese Ambassador to Vietnam Ito Naoki, the Head of the Party Central Committee's Commission for Information and Education affirmed that Vietnam always considers Japan its important strategic partnership. Emphasizing the similarities of the two countries, he added that the two sides also have potential and ample room to strengthen cooperation and support each other in their development. Nghia suggested the Japanese Embassy in Vietnam continue to act as a bridge to enhance exchanges and cooperation between the two nations through Party, State, parliamentary, people-to-people and locality-to-locality exchange channels.

The Japanese diplomat affirmed that the lifting of the bilateral relationship to comprehensive strategic partnership for peace and prosperity in Asia and the world was an important milestone reflecting the fine development of the bilateral relationship over the past five decades. He expected that both sides would further strengthen their cooperation in the future.
