He commended the formal conclusion of the Viet Nam-European Free Trade Association (EFTA) Free Trade Agreement alongside the Viet Nam-Liechtenstein Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement. He urged both nations to make full use of their respective advantages and mutual economic potential, accelerating joint initiatives across vital sectors such as industrial manufacturing, bilateral trade, direct investment, science and technology, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence (AI).

Turning to legislative collaboration, N.A. President Tran Thanh Man recommended intensifying delegations and dialogue between the two lawmaking bodies, with a particular focus on senior leadership exchanges, specialized parliamentary committees, young legislators, and female parliamentarians. He also encouraged both parliaments to exchange best practices in legal drafting and join hands in supervising how bilateral government agreements are executed in practice.

The N.A. President further suggested that the two parliaments bolster their close coordination and reciprocal backing within multilateral legislative arenas, most notably the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU).

Stating that Viet Nam is fully prepared to act as a bridge connecting Liechtenstein with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), he requested PM Haas to deliver his warm regards to President of the Landtag (Parliament) of Liechtenstein Manfred Kaufmann.

In response, PM Haas offered her heartfelt appreciation for the gracious, attentive, and cordial reception accorded to her delegation by Viet Nam's leadership and citizens throughout the visit.
