Dong Do Dai Pho theme

The Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee has just agreed on a large urban project to be invested in by the local entrepreneur Becamex IJC.

According to the investor, the urban area named “Dong Do Dai Pho”, costing as much as VND 6,500 billion, will target at Asian investors, who are working and living in the locality.

The area will embrace a number of typical sectors with apartments and villas that will be specifically designed for specific communities of foreign investors, such as Japanese, South Korean and Chinese.

At the heart of the area, there will be a large trade center and chains of Asian-style shops, restaurants and entertainment facilities.

According to statistics, more than 2,000 projects are operating in the southern province with a total registered capital of US$ 13.7 billion.

70 per cent of the foreign investors in the Province came from Asian countries and the need for accommodation is high, the statistics say.

The investor hopes that the urban area will meet the increased need and Asian foreign investors will feel more comfortable to live in these communities and the places familiar in styles and designs with those back home.
