The UK-based Knight Frank Company, on January 28th, unveiled its first real-estate office in Hanoi.
As an important part of Knight Frank’s development strategy in the Asia-Pacific region, the newly-opened office will provide a number of services in housing and real estate trading, such as property mediation, consultancy and management and investment service.
Knight Frank currently has a network of 207 offices in 43 countries around the world with assets worth US$886 billion.
In 2009, the company ranked 5th in turnover and 1st in consultancy services in the UK.
