This annual program, which sees participation by a big number of customers, initiated a special series of activities for customer care that Viettel will implement this year.

With their customers-centered motto, Viettel always respects and listens to all comments and feedback of its customers to provide better services for them.

Viettel has created many convenient channels to encourage its customers to contribute more comments. Accordingly, customers can send their comments to participate in the program by one of five of the following methods: on the Official Fan page of Viettel Telecom; on website; sending email to, at Viettel stores nationwide; or telephoning to a free-of-charge number (18008098).

This year’s program will have 3,000 prizes with the total value of VND 3 billion. Participating customers who have constructive comments or contributions will be rewarded daily, monthly and quarterly. Significantly, a council will select and grant prizes of the year on October 15 for the most useful ideas and comments from the customers.

Colonel Hoang Son, Director-General of Viettel Telecom said that his company treasures every comment or complaint from customers. Therefore, the company always researches and applies in real life all customer-based products.
