The debut was made to celebrate the 21st founding anniversary of Viettel Telecoms. On this occasion, Viettel will provide free service to all registered clients for vESS from October 19 to December 31, 2021.
vESS is a platform developed by Viettel using its own resources and expertise, with the help of the world’s leading digital transformation partners. The solution also complies with Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS according to TT133, TT200) and is IFRS ready (from 2022), as well as labor and salary management requirements (contracts, insurance, and personal income tax).

Amid the complicated developments of the COVID-19 pandemic, vESS holds special significance for enterprises, helping them optimize costs, operate and quickly recover and adapt to new conditions. Viettel Telecoms Director Cao Anh Son underlined, “Viettel has always been a pioneer in providing digital services and digital platforms to enterprises, with the goal of being a major unit in the creation of a digital society. With vESS, Viettel will once again carry out the mission of accompanying and supporting businesses in digital transformation.”
The service is placed on the cloud server system located at the Viettel IDC data center, the largest and most modern in the country and the region as well. Businesses can simply extend and optimize data storage costs, reduce the time it takes to notice and handle problems, and store and restore data for up to ten years, while maintaining ISO 27001:2013 information security.
In addition, vESS users are able to access high-speed Internet connections on mobile platforms (4G, 5G), Fiber-to-the-Home or FTTH fix solutions (GPON, XGS-PON technology), and telecom operator services like call service and SMS Brand Name.
vESS, especially, features a simple user interface and enables cross-platform software (web, mobile), as well as self-learning. It only takes five minutes to complete registration to use the service.
