Viettel ensures smooth network infrastructure during the National Day holiday to meet customers’ needs.

In particular, the group has optimized service quality and maintained operations of all of its service stores.

In order to ensure a smooth network infrastructure to meet the needs of customers, Viettel Network Corporation (Viettel Networks) has established more than 1,100 task groups, reinforced nearly 80 new base transceiver stations and more than 20 mobile transceiver vehicles.

Forecasting 200 crowded places across the country and an increase of 300 percent in data traffic against weekdays, Viettel has applied automation tools to monitor the network in real time, automatically warn and perform load balancing in high load areas.

Viettel Post’s post offices are open to serve customers from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily to receive and deliver parcels. Based on the expected output, Viettel Post has also prepared personnel and vehicles to ensure operations of logistics activities, stable and quick circulation of goods in accordance with the postal exploitation process.

All more than 800 Viettel’s telecommunications stores and 420 Viettel Store supermarkets in 63 provinces and cities nationwide operate normally during the holiday and offer special promotions for products and services.
