The ceremony saw the participation of leaders and staff members from Viettel Dak Lak across various periods. During his speech, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Viet Hung, Director of Viettel Dak Lak, highlighted the branch's achievements over the past two decades. Viettel Dak Lak has successfully established an extensive telecommunications network with superior quality, contributing to local socio-economic development and ensuring national security and defense. Currently, Viettel Dak Lak operates over 1,000 transmission stations and has become the leading enterprise in telecommunications and IT services in the region, serving over 1.5 million customers with an annual revenue exceeding VND 1,000 billion.

From its initial four staff members, the branch has expanded to over 500 employees currently working in telecommunications, IT, and solution services.

In his speech, Colonel Phan Hoang Viet congratulated Viettel Dak Lak and praised its achievements over the past 20 years. He encouraged the branch to continue fostering unity and innovation, developing new products and services, and maintaining its top position in the mobile and broadband subscriber markets in the province. He also emphasized the importance of collaborating with local authorities to apply IT solutions across sectors such as education, healthcare, and agriculture, contributing to the development of digital governance, a digital economy, and a digital society.
