People visiting Viettel Gia Lai’s stores receive careful instructions from the provider’s staff.

To this end, Viettel Gia Lai has been launching many preferential programs for customers. Accordingly, 2G phone subscribers can get 4G mobile phones for free if they pledge to register for Viettel’s package in six months and beyond. In addition, subscribers could have a discount of 30% to 50% when buying such mobile phones as Sumo 4G V1, V1s, V2, G1, G2, ZTE Blade A33S, Samsung Galaxy A04e, and Samsung Galaxy A05.

Viettel Gia Lai also offers some 4G mobile phones at VND 390,000 and higher, 50% discount towards five kinds of 4G feature phones for poor and near-poor customers in Gia Lai province, 28GB of data in 28 days, and 12 months using TV360 app.

Since Gia Lai is a mountainous province with ethnic minority people accounting for over 46 percent of the population and local people living in hard conditions and having difficulties in getting access to mass media and social networks, Viettel Gia Lai has assigned staff to visit each local household to help them in shifting from the 2G network to 4G network.

Viettel Group’s branch also opens mobile booths to provide necessary information about 4G feature phones and smart phones, their costs and usage for customers.

The Viettel Gia Lai director warned locals of fake 4G mobile phones and encouraged them to buy smart phones at Viettel Store, FPT and The gioi di dong (Mobile world) stores.
