Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Manh Hung addresses the event.

Addressing the event, Major General Le Dang Dung, Acting Chairman and Director General of Viettel, affirmed that Viettel is confident to  embark on the path to mastery of modern technologies. He said, “the 5G call today serves as the start for the complete 5G network in the coming time. As for the 5G technology, Viettel is doing research and producing its own equipment. Countries in the world are engaging in the technological race via their research and development of the 5G technology. They keep it as their own know-how and do not transfer their 5G technologies. Though it is hard, we have found our  own way and have gained achievements. The pilot of the 5G coverage network has marked a milestone in the development of the technical staff of Viettel.”
