Viettel - a common house for all employees

During its first days, officials and employees of Viettel got low salaries; however, they never quitted their work. They understood its corporate culture and desire and, therefore, kept going with the company.

According to recently-announced statistics, the Military Industry-Telecoms Group Viettel is one of the three businesses offering the best working environment in Vietnam. Apart from salaries, the reason for employees to love Viettel is that the group has a strong desire for development and a scientific working method that helps employees improve their professional expertise. Employees working for Viettel feel that they are useful for the community and for the nation. The Company is a common house where all members care for one another and together shoulder hardships to develop.

Officials of Viettel are not the ones to always give commands and force their employees to do at any costs. Officials sometimes do the jobs of employees to understand their difficulties so as to promptly adjust policies and fix shortcomings. By so doing, the officials create a friendly working and sharing environment among all personnel of the group.

Although the group now has tens of thousands of employees, the leadership understands each employee’s family’s state and renders effective and timely support for those in need. Activities such as presenting gifts to employees during New Year festivals and special events and supports for those whose family members are affected by natural disasters and those working abroad are conducted regularly.

Viettel General Director, Major General Nguyen Manh Hung, once said, “Viettel people all consider Viettel their home. We love both our own small families and Viettel - our greater family.”

The attractive working environment and sharing and attention towards each employee like in a family constitute a factor that makes employees devote themselves wholeheartedly to Viettel, serving as the foundation for Viettel to overcome challenges and earn great achievements.
