Through these two programs, candidates have the opportunity to participate in large-scale technology and business projects, while learning directly from experts within the Viettel ecosystem. Such practical experiences enable participants to develop a professional working mindset early on and build a solid career foundation from the outset of their professional journey.
Viettel Digital Talent is a training and development program for young technology talents, forming part of Viettel Group’s long-term strategy for investing in its technology workforce. The program has been held annually since 2021 and is designed and delivered by Viettel’s leading experts.
This year’s program focuses on eight strategic technology fields, which are cloud computing, cybersecurity, data science and AI, semiconductor engineering, 5G technology, software engineering, the Internet of Things (IoT), and aerospace. The program is regarded as one of the leading large-scale, high-quality technology internship initiatives, contributing to the development of a skilled tech workforce in support of national digital transformation strategies and enhanced competitiveness.
Meanwhile, Viettel Future Changemakers is a management trainee program aimed at developing young talents with the potential to become future leaders. Its training curriculum focuses on management areas closely associated with advanced technologies, including digital product management, technology project management, and logistics supply chain management.
The opening ceremony of Viettel Talent 2026, comprising Viettel Digital Talent and Viettel Future Changemakers, is scheduled to take place this April to welcome outstanding candidates embarking on their training and career development journey with Viettel.
