According to statistics, in 2021, the total venture capital investment for Vietnamese innovative start-ups, mostly for those in Ho Chi Minh City, reached a record level of more than USD 1.4 billion. The economic hub of Vietnam currently has about 2,000 startups with 65 percent of which operating in information technology. Ho Chi Minh City was placed 179th in the group of 200 global start-up cities in 2021, moving up 46 places.

At the seminar

At the event, speakers rich in start-up experience shared their stories and new perspectives to help raise participants’ awareness of the importance of corporate operation and management.  

Also at the event, experts pointed out situations and development levels of business and gave advice to solve difficulties facing startups during the business building and on how to raise capital and operate a business.

The seminar aimed to attract start-ups to the Viet Solutions program which is launched by National Digital Transformation Department and the Military Industry-Telecoms Group (Viettel) in the hope of collecting more solutions to national digital transformation.

The Viet Solutions 2022 contest has three rounds, namely qualifying round, semi-finals and finals. It has nine awards, worth VND 200 million each.
