Along with a series of policies implemented in recent days to support storm and flood-hit people, the Viettel Telecom Corporation has implemented free 4G phone shifting support to help people stabilize their life, demonstrating its responsibility to the community.

The program is available from now until October 15, 2024. Eligible customers will receive a text message inviting them to visit Viettel Stores or contact Viettel staff in these areas for support.

The implementation of many support programs has helped the Viettel Telecom Corporation reduce the number of 2G subscribers across the nation to less than 2%.
