Wedding customs – Unique cultural feature of Red Dao people

The custom, bearing rich cultural and historical values, has been strictly preserved and handed passed from generation to generation.

The Red Dao ethnic minority group’s custom consists of various rituals, but the wedding ceremony is the most important one, vividly reflecting the people’s daily life and beliefs.

This ceremony has been recaptured by the Red Dao ethnic people from Tuyen Quang province at the Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism in Son Tay town, Hanoi.
