The exhibition will be opened at the International Convention Center at 11 Le Hong Phong street, Hanoi on February 27 and at Hanoi Opera House on February 28.

On display will be 80 archived and art photos. The archived photos are about the “Outline of Vietnamese culture,” the first and second national cultural conference in 1946 and 1948 and the latest conference in 2021, Uncle Ho, Party and State leaders with cultural-artistic activities and artists. The art photos feature achievements in preserving and promoting Vietnamese cultural values and identities and outstanding cultural and artistic activities in recent years.

On the evening of February 28, the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Information and Education, and the Vietnam Television will organize a special art program themed “Outline of Vietnamese Culture - Historical imprints” at Hanoi Opera House.

The program aims to highlight the value of basic arguments in the 1943 context, an important premise for Vietnamese culture to develop with correct and creative adjustments suitable to practical conditions; and to affirm the achievements of the Vietnamese culture in the light of the outline and the Party's cultural guideline.

Divided into three parts, the art program will confirm historical imprints and pervasiveness of the cultural outline during the past 80 years. The three parts’ themes are “Culture enlightens people’s path,” “Resistance culture, cultural resistance,” and “The culture is alive, the nation is.”

The “Outline of Vietnamese Culture,” also known as the 1943 Outline on Culture, manifests the Party’s recognition of the significance of culture to the overall development of the nation.
