The Master classes, presented by Mark Pygott, Master of Wine, took Vietnamese wine industry delegates on a journey through some of Australia’s 65 wine regions and showcased 14 premium Australian wines comprising many traditional and innovative varieties and blends.

“People all over the world, including here in Vietnam, trust Australian food and beverages to be premium quality, nutritious, clean and sustainably produced” said Mr. Craig Chittick, Australian Ambassador to Vietnam.

“Australia’s sheer size and geographic and climatic diversity mean it can offer an amazing variety of food and wine.

I think one of the great things about the Australian wine industry is our incredible diversity and the fact that we grow about 100 grape varieties across Australia,” he said.

Australian wines are renowned for their taste and value, as well as their diversity of style and sense of place or region.
