Under the theme “Back in Time: Illuminating Thai Heritage in Ayutthaya,” the event invites guests to step into the charm of the early Ayutthaya Kingdom, a period celebrated for its rich art, culture, and commerce. Attendees can look forward to an immersive cultural experience featuring live performances, traditional games, and stunning light installations.
The festival runs from November 9 to November 24, 2024, at several iconic locations in Ayutthaya, including Wat Chaiwatthanaram, Wat Ratchaburana, Wat Mahathat, Wat Phra Ram, and Chankasem Palace.
Highlights of the event include captivating lighting art installations, projection mapping, a Thai cat competition, and the Nang Noppamas beauty pageant.
In addition, visitors can enjoy a variety of Thai cultural performances and traditional games, and they are encouraged to wear traditional Thai attire. The festival will also feature regional cuisine from various vendor booths, offering a taste of local flavors.
