PANO – Factory 133 under the General Technical Department is the “hospital” for various kinds of armed forces’ guns in the North. Guns of various kinds often undergo technical maintenance as well as minor repairs at workshops of military regions, army corps, arms and services. When they need major repairs, however, they are sent to Factory 133. Here the guns will go through a process involving general examination, disassembling, repairs, reassembling, painting, test firing, etc.

With love for the job, the “doctors” at the “hospital” have helped increase the life span of many different kinds of weapons, contributing to improving the quality of training and operations of guns of different kinds.

The People’s Army Newspaper Online would like to present a number of images captured at this special “hospital.”
