In the final round, the 100 students participated in a game show scenario titled "Ring the Golden Bell." They went through four rounds: Setting Sail, Riding the Waves, Landing, and Asserting Sovereignty. In each round, the students answered multiple-choice questions and learned basic knowledge about Vietnam's sea and islands, the Vietnam People's Army and the Vietnam Coast Guard, the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) 1982, the Law of the Sea of Vietnam, and the Law on Vietnam Coast Guard, regulations on combating illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) fishing, as well as local history, culture, and geography.
