According to photographer Nguyen Huu Thong, a member of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists, on the occasion of the Spring festival, he wandered from Cao, Lung Tao, Sung La, Sa Phin streets in Dong Van town to Trang Kim street in Quan Ba district and Hoang Su Phi district in order to record beautiful moments. "I have started to take photos in Ha Giang since 2010. I learn different experiences from each trip. The images of peach trees growing on the edge of a stone fence or the houses' walls are quite rare now. Cement fibro roofs are replacing yin and yang tiles, while three-ball bricks are used instead of mud walls," Thong said.
