Tourism revenue for the month reached an estimated 11.36 trillion VND (431 million USD), up 18.4% year on year.
Over the first 11 months of 2025, the capital welcomed 30.94 million visitors, including 7.09 million foreign travelers. Total tourism receipts were estimated at 120.6 trillion VND, marking a robust 20.7% increase.

Hanoi’s hospitality sector continued to recover, with average occupancy hitting 73.4%, an increase of 6.3 percentage points compared to last year. The city is now home to 3,761 accommodation facilities with more than 71,000 rooms, including 65 hotels rated one to five stars.
November featured a wide range of high-profile tourism promotion activities, notably the Hanoi Ao Dai Tourism Festival 2025, the third Hanoi Autumn Festival, and a series of inter-regional and overseas promotion programs. A city delegation also attended the inauguration of the direct Hanoi - Copenhagen air route and conducted tourism marketing events in Norway and Sweden to tap into priority international markets.
In December, the tourism sector will focus on completing a project to reform the management, conservation and promotion of the Huong Son (Perfume Pagoda) Special National Relic Site; continue surveys on community-based, agricultural and night-time tourism offerings; and host the 2025 Hanoi Craft Village and Craft Street Cuisine and Tourism Festival. Preparations are also under way for participation in the National Green Tourism Forum in Lam Dong.
Hanoi aims to attract 31 million visitors in 2025, including 7.5 million international arrivals, and generate 130 trillion VND in tourism revenue.
