Vietnam reports 11 more recovered COVID-19 patients, total hits 232
Eleven COVID-19 patients recovered and were discharged from the National Tropical Diseases Hospital on May 5 morning, bringing the country’s total recovered cases to 232, according to the National Steering Committee on COVID-19 Prevention and Control.
They are all Vietnamese, including two relapsed patients.
These patients will continue to be quarantined and monitored for the next 14 days, according to the committee.

Vietnam is now hospitalizing 39 COVID-19 patients.
As of May 5 morning, Vietnam had no new COVID-19 cases in the community to report over the past 18 days. The number of confirmed cases stands at 271 and no fatalities.
