This information was revealed at a press conference by the National Fund for Vietnamese Children on January 12 in Hanoi.

Hoang Van Tien, Director of the fund said the event will review the outcomes of the program in the past decade and honor sponsors for the program since its launch.

On this occasion, the organizing panel will present certificates of merits to a number of individuals and organizations in acknowledgement of their contributions to the protection and care for children in 2016; and receive donations worth nearly VND 100 billion from 40 domestic and foreign organizations, businesses and individuals.

The event, held in Au Co Arts Center (No.8 Huynh Thuc Khang street, Hanoi) will include attractive artistic performances and will be broadcast live on Vietnam Television Channel 2.
