He urged the Party committees, local authorities, Fatherland Front and people to further strive to realize the resolutions of the 13th National Party Congress and the all-level Party congresses, aiming to accelerate growth in the coming time.
The PM called for continued efforts to strengthen the great national unity spirit, while effectively fulfilling the locality’s political, economic, cultural, and social tasks, focusing on swiftly overcoming consequences caused by the 13th storm, stabilizing livelihoods, restoring production and business activities of the people and enterprises, as well as resolving infrastructure and environmental issues.
Emphasizing the key position and role of the VFF, the PM urged the agency to fully uphold its core mission by staying close to the people, the grassroots, and the digital sphere; listening and engaging in dialogue; setting an example; taking responsibility and reporting outcomes; while avoiding formality, evasion, blame-shifting, and actions beyond its mandate.
PM Chinh demanded effectively organizing patriotic emulation movements, encouraging and commending exemplary collectives and individuals to create new momentum for fulfilling assigned tasks. He urged continued mobilization and efficient use of community resources to foster solidarity, compassion, and mutual support, helping the poor and those in difficult circumstances. He also emphasized the need to raise public vigilance against hostile schemes that exploit ethnic and religious issues to incite division and undermine the great national unity.

He expressed his hope that local residents will continue to uphold their revolutionary tradition, national cultural identity, and spirit of solidarity and mutual support, while contributing to building a healthy, civilized, and modern living environment.
On the occasion, the PM presented gifts to policy beneficiary families, impoverished households, and residents of Thang Kien village and De Gi commune, who were severely affected by natural disasters.
Located in the coastal commune of De Gi, Thang Kien hamlet is home to 540 households with 2,500 people. The average per capita income in the locality exceeds 66 million VND per year, the poverty rate has dropped to 0.26%. Initiatives to develop new-style rural areas have been intensified, while the rich cultural heritage of local ethnic groups continues to be preserved, safeguarded, and promoted.
