One more body found at Rao Trang 3 hydropower plant
The body of another victim of the landslides that hit the Rao Trang 3 hydropower plant in the central province of Thua Thien - Hue was found on October 16, raising the death toll from the incident to two.

The victims are among 17 workers buried by a landslide on a construction site near the hydropower plant.
The victim is now being identified. The location of the body has helped rescuers determine where the remaining workers may be.
The first victim was found on October 14. Fifteen others are still listed as missing.
About 40 workers safely moved to the Rao Trang 4 plant, which was reached on the evening of October 13 by a team from the provincial police.
On the morning of October 16, a working team from central agencies, led by Politburo member, member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat, and head of the Party Central Committee, Pham Minh Chinh, arrived at Phong Xuan commune in Phong Dien district, to direct search and rescue efforts.
On October 16, the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat sent a dispatch to Party Committees in cities and provinces and central agencies calling for stronger efforts in natural disaster prevention and response and in overcoming the aftermath of floods in the central region.
