Presenting gifts to needy children

PANO – The Children’s Fund of Quang Ngai province held an event on April 15th  to offer free heart surgeries for needy children.

The association will provide surgery to 20 children suffering from congenital heart diseases  - at a total cost of nearly VND 1.4 billion at Hue Central Hospital, General Hospital, and Hoan My Hospital in Da Nang City.

Quang Ngai province plans to spend up to VND 6 billion on heart surgery for 150 children this year.

The association will also conduct free eye surgeries for 40 children in the province, at a cost of VND 250 million.
