Deputy PM Truong Hoa Binh hailed the efforts of Ho Chi Minh
City in taking good care of ethnic minorities’ life, including the Cham people.
In the past years, the Cham people have well implemented the
polices and guidelines of the Party and the State in children education. The
number of successful Cham children studying in big cities has increased with
120 students currently studying at universities and colleges.
The Deputy PM hoped that the gifts will help reduce
difficulties of the Cham students and support them in their study so as to get
more education for life.
Deputy PM Truong Hoa Binh also suggested that
the Public Security Newspaper should set aside fund from the “Support for needy
and ethnic minority students” Foundation to help disadvantaged ethnic minority
students who are studying master and doctoral degrees in order to improve
knowledge among the ethnic minority community.
