During the training session, the top Australian expert pointed out several mistakes that people usually commit when providing first aid and emergency care to victims. Participants also have chance to practice skills to deal with common health troubles such as broken bones, sprain, or breathlessness.
In addition, they learnt how to detect emergency cases like hemostatic, stroke, unconsciousness, electrical shocks and so on. In addition, the students were also provided with skills to escape fire or gas leakage.
The event aimed to not only provide survival skills to students but also to induce them to live responsibly for themselves and their surrounding people.
The organizers scheduled to hold similar events at other schools such as Saigon Academy International School (SGA), International Integration Education - ISchool System (iSchool), UK Academy (UKA), Hong Bang International University (HIU) and Ba Ria - Vung Tau University (BVU).
