Vice Chairpersons Nguyen Khac Dinh, Nguyen Duc Hai, Tran Quang Phuong, Le Minh Hoan, and Nguyen Thi Thanh, who is Chairwoman of the Emulation and Commendation Council of the N.A. Standing Committee, presented the certificates of merit to the recipients.
