National Assembly continues plenary session
National Assembly (NA) convened a plenary session in Hanoi on May 29 under the chair of National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan.
Under the direction of NA Vice Chairman Phung Quoc Hien, Government Inspector General Phan Van Sau delivered a report on the draft amended Law on Complaints.

Chairman of the NA Law Committee Nguyen Khac Dinh presented a report reviewing the draft revised Law on Complaints.
Later, Chairman of the NA Finance-Budget Committee Nguyen Duc Hai delivered a report on acquiring feedback on the draft revised Law on State Asset Management and Use.
As many as 19 lawmakers raised their opinions on the management and use of public assets in State agencies, public administrative units, political and social organisations, and State agencies’ duties and responsibilities for public assets.
In the afternoon, Chairwoman of the NA Committee for Culture, Education, Youth, Adolescents and Children Phan Thanh Binh presented a report acquiring feedback on the draft amended Law on Tourism.
During discussion session, 22 legislators spoke of tourism development policies, resources, marketing, among others.
On May 30, the NA is due to discuss the draft amended Law on Railway, the draft revised Law on Public Asset Management and the draft amended Law on Complaints.
