Accordingly, the unit has become one of the army’s centres for logistics-financial education and study. It has also provided training courses for Lao and Cambodian officers. Annually, 100 per cent of its graduates meet set requirements.
The academy has been conferred with many noble orders, including the Hero of the People’s Armed Forces title, by the Party, State and Defence Ministry.
Highly applauding its achievements, State President Truong Tan Sang urged the academy to continue to thoroughly grasp and roll out resolutions of the Party and Army, renovate teaching and studying methods, boost science and logistics research, improve the combat strength of Party organisations, and consolidate troops’ political stance and increase their expertise, turning the university into the top training centre in the country.
