From June 23 to August 16, the forces on duty discovered and collected a total of 351 sets of martyrs’ remains, along with numerous personal belongings, within the park.

On August 16, the forces continued the search and collection at Site 1, Zone A in the park. They processed around 200 cubic meters of soil and expanded the search area in Zone A. The Ho Chi Minh City Military Command deployed three excavators, one dump truck, and two 3.5-ton trucks to excavate and transport soil, ensuring the mission’s progress.

The command is determined to complete the search and collection of martyrs’ remains at Le Thi Rieng Park before continuing search efforts in other areas.
