Gen. Phuc hands over the Vietnam Border Guard Command's gifts to Ky Son district's leaders.

During the visit, General Phuc shared the losses and difficulties with the local authority and people who had to suffer the recent flash flood.

After receiving the news, the Vietnam Border Guard Command directed the Nghe An provincial Border Guard to mobilized forces and vehicles to help locals overcome the flood’s consequences.

The command also handed over aids, worth VND 100 million in total, to 50 households and 10 tons of rice to locals to help them address adversities soon.

Gen. Phuc encourages people in Hoa Son village.

Major General Le Van Phuc and the delegation went to the flood-affected area in Hoa Son village, Ta Ca commune to encourage and directly handed over gifts to 15 severely damaged households.

He hoped the locals will stabilize their spirit, join hands with the local authorities and armed forces to overcome the consequences of natural disasters. General Phuc directed the Nghe An Provincial Border Guard Command to coordinate with the local Party committees and authorities to hand over all gifts and goods to locals. Talking to officers and soldiers performing tasks in the flood-hit areas, he wished each serviceman to promote the soldier's sense of responsibility to support people to overcome difficulties.
