The fishing boat numbered QNg 96615 TS, owned and captained by Duong Oanh (52 years old, from Ly Son district, Quang Ngai province), with 14 fishermen on board, departed from An Hai fishing port in Ly Son district on July 1 for diving activities. While operating in Phan Vinh Island (Pearson Reef) of Truong Sa island district, Khanh Hoa province, the boat ran out of necessities and fresh water.

Ship 471 swiftly approached and provided fishing boat QNg 96615 TS with 2,000 liters of fresh water, rice, instant noodles, and other necessities, helping fishermen continue their journey.
