Station 3512 and Cat Hai commune sign twinning agreement
PANO – The Youth Organizations of Station 3512 of Regiment 351 of the Naval Region 3 Command and Cat Hai commune of Phu Cat district, Binh Dinh province signed a twinning agreement on August 19 in Cat Hai commune.
The signing of the twinning agreement was one of the activities to realize the movement “Sentiments between those in border areas and on islands” launched by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee.
According to the signed document, youths of the two units will support each other in building youth organizations, jointly conduct cultural and artistic exchanges and other activities, participate in protecting local public order and preventing social evils, and organize information dissemination to enhance youths’ awareness of border security and national sovereignty protection.
Station 3512’s troops and Cat Hai commune’s youths will take part in local socio-economic and cultural development and Party and political system building and work together to carry out gratitude activities, consolidate youth organizations, and enhance the vanguard role of youth cadres.
This significant event continued affirming the close relationship between troops of Naval Region 3 in general and Station 3512 in particular and local authorities, organizations, and people.
Twinning activities will help consolidate the military-civilian solidarity, contributing to firmly maintaining political security and public order, strengthening the “people’s heart” posture, and further beautifying the images of “Uncle Ho’s soldiers – naval troops” in the new period in the heart of people.
