Search and rescue missions implemented in flood-hit province
PANO – Troops from Defense-Economic Unit 356 (Military Region 2) and other forces helped local people in Group 1 village, Vang Ma Chai commune, Phong Tho district (Lai Chau province) after a landslide occurred in the area on August 3, leaving 5 dead and 4 missing.
