During the visit, Mr. Nghia applauded the outstanding outcomes obtained by officers, instructors, cadets, staff and soldiers of the academy over the past time, especially in, education, training, and scientific research.

He required the academy to continue to strictly grasp and successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; closely follow and effectively implement the viewpoints, goals, tasks and solutions in the resolutions of the Party Central Committee and the Central Military Commission on fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training, development of science and technology and defense industry; building and upholding the role of the intellectual team, meeting the requirements of building and modernizing the military and developing the country in the new situation.
The academy should innovate its training contents and programs, be pro-active and creative in developing teaching plans; actively update new information; closely combine theory with practice; and apply modern teaching methods. Especially, the academy should strengthen international cooperation in training; enhance the building of a smart and modern school, deserving to be a leading training, education, scientific research and military technology center of the military and the country.
* On the same day, Sr. Lt. Gen. Le Huy Vinh, Deputy Defense Minister, visited and congratulated the Military Academy of Logistics on the occasion of the Vietnamese Teachers' Day.

During the visit, the defense leader required the academy to continue to promote its spirit of proactiveness, creativity, and comprehensive innovation to make breakthroughs in raising the quality of education-training and scientific research, while focusing on developing the contingent of instructors and educational managers, considering this as a key step in the training work, among others.
Emphasizing the position, role, function and task of the high-quality human resources training work for the military and the country, the deputy defense minister added that the academy should pay more attention to training and improving the quality of officers and instructors, creating a favorable environment for them to successfully complete the tasks of education, training and scientific research; focus on logistics assurance in modern warfare; increase training and practice time for cadets; promote digital transformation; and enhance online learning methods; to name but a few.
* On November 18, Deputy Chief of the General Staff Sr. Lt. Gen. Nguyen Van Nghia visited the Military Medical University on the occasion of the 42nd anniversary of the Vietnamese Teachers' Day.
He required the academy to effectively implement the directives, resolutions and conclusions of the Party, the State, the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense on education-training and scientific research; hoping that the officials, instructors, employees and cadets of the academy would heighten their responsibility, stay united and creative, overcome difficulties, further promote the academy’s development and excellently complete all assigned tasks.
* Lt. Gen. Nguyen Van Duc, Director of the Department of Political Education and Information under the General Department of Political Affairs, visited and extended congratulations to the Political Officer Training School on the occasion of the 42nd anniversary of the Vietnamese Teachers' Day.
He also expressed his hope that the school would surmount difficulties and uphold solidarity and creativity to fulfill all assignments, meeting the requirement of education and training in the new situation.
