Naval Region 4 builds houses for local residents

In Khanh Hoa, military units were tasked with constructing 70 houses, of which Naval Region 4 was directly assigned and supported forces in building 25 ones. Officers and soldiers of Naval Region 4 have made use of every available moment, overcoming the hardships of field accommodation to devote themselves fully to helping residents secure new houses as soon as possible.

From sifting sand and mixing mortar to carefully laying each row of bricks, welding steel frames, and installing electrical systems, the soldiers have carried out every task professionally and with the highest sense of responsibility. Solid new houses are gradually taking shape amid the joy and laughter of the Raglai people, helping them quickly stabilize their lives.
