Officers, Youth Union members, and local residents join hands to concrete a rural road.

Despite unfavorable weather and continuous rain, officers and soldiers from the two centers enthusiastically joined local youth and residents of Nhon Trach commune to concrete over a nearly 300-meter rural road.

In addition, the forces carried out various practical activities, including installing streetlights, conducting environmental clean-up, planting trees, and presenting gifts to policy-beneficiary families in the area.

These activities not only helped the local community accelerate the development of new-style rural areas but also served as an opportunity to educate officers and soldiers of both units about the patriotic tradition and the qualities of “Uncle Ho’s Soldiers – Naval Soldiers” who always stand by and serve the people.

These activities also responded to the emulation movement “The Military joining hands in building new-style rural areas,” serving as a vivid testament to military–civilian solidarity. They reinforced public trust in the armed forces in general and Navy Region 2 in particular, contributing to a robust all-people national defense posture and further solidifying the image of “Uncle Ho’s Soldiers.”
