Affiliated units of the academy have prepared well for the campaign, including the plan building, the selection of volunteers, and the collaboration with local authorities. Forty one personnel, who are officers and soldiers of Battalions 1 and 4 and represent nearly 3,000 Youth Union members of the academy, have actively participated in the mission.

During the mission at Nho Quan Convalescent Center in Ninh Binh province, the academy’s youths assisted the center’s staff in taking care of and providing healthcare for wounded and sick soldiers, conducted an artistic performance program for them, and cleaned up the center’s campus.

In Suoi To commune, Youth Union members of Battalion 4 collaborated with the local forces to conduct hygiene work at Son To Primary and Secondary Schools, repaired roads, disseminated information related to the Party’s guidelines, the State’s policies for ethnic minority people, and presented gifts to local needy students, teachers and families.
