Hanoi soldiers respond to traffic safety movement 2019
PANO – The Hanoi Capital Command, in coordination with the Committee for Traffic Safety of Hanoi city, held an exchange program on traffic safety for military units and local organizations at Regiment 692, Division 301, in Son Tay town on October 8.
The event saw the attendance of Executive Vice President of the National Committee for Traffic Safety Khuat Viet Hung.
The program attracted the participation of 33 military units and 20 Son Tay organizations along with thousands of soldiers from Regiment 692.
Under the theme “Don’t drive under the influence,” the participants presented a number of interesting performances not only to entertain the audience, but also to feature law and regulations on traffic safety.
Furthermore, they also provided the audience with regulations from the State law, the military, and Hanoi city on traffic safety to raise the public’s awareness of the importance of observing traffic law, contributing to building a safe traffic culture in the community.
On behalf of the National Committee for Traffic Safety, Hung handed over the logo “Don’t drive under the influence” to participating units and organizations. Meanwhile, he also launched the “Don’t drive under the influence” movement for military units stationed in the capital city of Hanoi.
