Blood donation held at Naval Technical College

Voluntary blood donation has long been a traditional activity at the Naval Technical College, attracting a large number of participants, who are all eager to contribute to the blood reserve for timely treatment of patients in need.

At this particular event, over 300 officials, instructors, staff, cadets, and soldiers of the college donated their blood, with over 300 blood units collected as the day ended.

This was the second blood donation program held at the school in 2024. According to Sr. Capt. Ngo Huy Hoang, Vice Rector of the college, over the past years, the school has closely coordinated with Military Hospital 175 to organize blood donation activities.

Military Hospital 175 collects over 300 transfusable blood units at the event.

With the message “A drop of blood donated - A life saved,” the voluntary blood donation movement has received attention from agencies and units in the school, largely attracting the participation of its officers and soldiers.
