Militia and self-defense forces firm fulcrum for grassroots-level party committees, authorities
PANO – Over the years, the militia and self-defense forces have developed firmly and widely, with appropriate numbers, high synergy, and a close personnel organization.
Their training, exercise quality, and combat readiness have been improved. They have promoted their role as an on-site core force, taking the lead in natural disaster and disease prevention and control work, search and rescue operations, and ensuring local political security, order, and safety, becoming a strong support for local party committees, authorities, and people.
