Accordingly, over the past five years, the Department of Vehicles and Machinery has implemented comprehensively and innovatively the emulation-reward work and the “Determined to win” emulation movement. Its affiliated agencies and units have concentrated on building and multiplying role models at work to boost the emulation movement.
Since 2013, the department has successfully kept in good condition more than 22,200 automobiles for combat readiness missions and fixed over 5,600 vehicles and machinery of different kinds.
Regarding the future missions, the department’s leadership asked subordinate Party cells to heighten their responsibilities for the emulation movement, renovate both form and content of the movement, and build new emulation models.

* With comprehensive innovation from concepts to implementation, Infantry Division 309 has turned the emulation-reward work and the “Determined to win” emulation movement into a driving force to improve the general quality of its task accomplishment.
The unit’s typical emulation models, such as “Consulting team on law, psychology and health,” “Regular, safe and quality mess,” “Unit with good mass mobilization work,” “Rice jar of compassion,” “Good training, strict discipline,” and “Developing Party members with four good deeds,” have been practiced efficiently, contributing to the unit’s accomplishment of its central missions.
On the occasion, the congress honored six groups and 20 individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement.
* The Department of Logistics of Army Corps 4 has carried out the movement in a comprehensive and intensive manners, partly encouraging its staff to promote creativity and pro-activeness in task performance. This helped the unit fulfill the yearly targets of production.
On the occasion, the department commended and rewarded outstanding groups and individuals in implementing the movement.
