To date, the General Department of Logistics and Technical Services and its affiliated specialized departments have issued comprehensive guidelines and directives to agencies and units; established two task forces to directly monitor logistics and technical support; and conducted four planned and unscheduled inspection teams.

Regarding the support for the forces preparing to move to the South for the anniversary, the General Department of Logistics and Technical Services has coordinated with the Railway Transport Joint Stock Company (under the Vietnam Railways Corporation) to develop a detailed plan and prepare transport means. It has also directed agencies and units to select appropriate vehicle types with suitable technical features for the mission while ensuring all equipment is in good technical condition.

Additionally, the General Department of Logistics and Technical Services has instructed units to enhance military supplies and military medical services, ensure adequate equipment and living supplies and consolidate and repair barracks.

Speaking at the conference, General Duc commended the agencies and units under the General Department of Logistics and Technical Services for their proactive planning and implementation of logistics and technical support for the anniversary.

He urged agencies and units to uphold their responsibilities and ensure proper accommodations and training areas for the forces during Phase III. Furthermore, he emphasized the need to provide adequate military supplies for the units during rehearsals and the official ceremony.

During the movement of forces, all aspects of safety must be ensured. Given the hot weather conditions, agencies and units must closely monitor the health of troops, prevent heat exhaustion, and strictly inspect and manage weapons and technical equipment, contributing to the successful completion of the mission.
