The Hung Yen provincial armed forces’ “Determined-to-win” emulation made important contribution to building the politically-, ideologically-, and organizationally-strong units, and promoting troops’ firm political stance and high determination so as to fulfill all assigned tasks. It also combined patriotism movement with building military and defense power, and firm provincial defensive area.
So far, Hung Yen province adjusted plans on the use of defense land as regulated by the Prime Minister, and supplemented others for priority terrain areas for defense tasks to add to the province’s planning for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050. Meanwhile, it also seriously implemented recruitment work with good outcomes.
Besides, the provincial “Determined-to-win” emulation focused on raising the quality of the standing militia, self-defense, and reserve forces, while ensuring combat readiness of regular troops in the current context. Therefore, the armed forces, together with other forces, effectively rolled out natural disaster prevention and control, search and rescue missions, and ensured political security and social order in the areas.

The “Determined-to-win” emulation in Hung Yen province also attached importance to raising training quality in the 2023-2030 period and the following years, upgrading training fields, organizing training in line with political tasks of the locality and units... Furthermore, it also focused on building a comprehensively-strong, “typical and exemplary” unit, innovated administrative procedures, to name but a few.
In the time ahead, the emulation should be renovated in both forms and contents, focusing on political tasks of units, building political stance for troops, raising synergy, competence and combat readiness of the provincial armed forces...

At the same time, it should boost leadership of leaders at all levels and Party organizations, follow President Ho Chi Minh’s thought, and grasp the Party, State, and military’s guidelines and policies, and build plans and map out solutions in line with reality.
Especially, task implementation should be combined with patriotic emulation movement and other drives, emulation and commendation work, among others.
