Delegation from CMC and MND pay tribute to General Vo Nguyen Giap
PANO - A working delegation from the Central Military Commission (CMC) and the Ministry of National Defense (MND), led by Lieutenant General Le Quang Dao, Deputy Chief of the General Staff, offered flowers and incense in remembrance of General Vo Nguyen Giap and his wife, Associate Professor Dang Bich Ha, at Vung Chua – Dao Yen in Phu Trach commune, Quang Tri province, on April 21.

The event was held on the occasion of the 51st anniversary of the South Liberation and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 – 2026).
In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, Lt. Gen. Le Quang Dao and members of the delegation respectfully expressed their profound gratitude and deep tribute to Vo Nguyen Giap, Commander-in-Chief of the Vietnam People’s Army, an outstanding and close disciple of President Ho Chi Minh, and a brilliant military strategist who made enormous contributions and rendered exceptionally-distinguished service to the Vietnamese revolutionary cause.
