Over the past time, the Drafting Committee has conducted research in an effective manner to soon complete the project; held many rounds of workshops with the participation of many experts and scientists inside and outside the military. Up to now, the Drafting Committee has basically completed the project with the main groups of fields, and sent it to agencies and units for comments and recommendations.

In his remarks, Sr. Lt. Gen. Trinh Van Quyet affirmed that the project’s building is an urgent and significant issue, contributing to developing and implementing breakthrough policies and solutions to attract, preserve and use talents in the VPA, especially in command and staff, politics, military logistics, engineering and technology; building a revolutionary, regular, elite, and modernized VPA.

The GDP chief required the Draft Committee to continue to collect opinions from experts and scientists inside and outside the military to supplement and complete the project. Meanwhile, the committee should clarify three issues in the project, namely attracting new talents; detecting, preserving and using talents who are serving the military; policies for talents who cooperate with the military in key projects.
